Environmentally Friendly Disposal of Sacrificial Waste

To ensure a clean and healthy environment during Eid-ul-Adha, please follow these environmentally responsible practices for disposing of sacrificial waste:

  • Use Designated Slaughtering Areas: Always slaughter animals at officially designated sites approved by the City Corporation, Municipality, District Council, Upazila Council, or Union Council. Avoid slaughtering animals in random or unauthorized locations.
  • Prioritize Personal Safety: Maintain proper hygiene and safety throughout the slaughtering process.
  • Proper Waste Burial: Dig a suitable pit in an appropriate location to bury blood, dung, and inedible parts of the animal.
  • Dispose of Remains Responsibly: Place animal remains—such as blood, skin, intestines, bones, horns, and dung—in designated waste bins or assigned disposal areas.
  • Use Eco-Friendly Materials: Utilize biodegradable bags or containers for waste disposal and meat distribution to minimize environmental impact.
  • Support Waste Removal Efforts: Cooperate with your local City Corporation, Municipality, or relevant authority in the prompt and hygienic removal of sacrificial waste.

We fulfill our religious and moral responsibilities by ensuring a healthy environment

Cleanliness is a part of faith
