On 11/02/2025, a mobile court was conducted against 01 brick kiln located in Kaligajna Upazila by the joint initiative of District Administration, Lalmonirhat and Department of Environment, Lalmonirhat for the crime of violating the Brick Manufacturing and Kiln Establishment (Control) Act, 2013 (Amended 2019). At that time, a fine of 1,00,000/-(one lakh taka) was imposed on 01 (one) brick kiln located in Kaligajna for the crime of manufacturing bricks in violation of the provisions of the said act. The judicial duty in the mobile court was performed by the District Administration, Lalmonirhat NDC and Executive Magistrate Mr. SM Shafayet Akhtar Noor and the prosecution was provided by the Inspector of the District Environment Department Md. Golam Asif Rahman. At this time, a group of members of the Aditmari Police Division and Fire Service, Aditmari assisted in conducting the drive. The list of brick kilns is as follows:
