Subject: Regarding the submission of test fee to "Divisional Office, Department of Environment, Nisindara Bogra, Rajshahi Division".

Source: (a) Memorandum No. 22.02.1020.221.29.002.18.147 from Department of Environment, Rajshahi Divisional Office, Bogra dated January 26, 2025 AD.


In view of the above matter and (a) source, all the entrepreneurs of the industrial establishments under this office who apply for water/air/noise testing to "Divisional Office, Department of Environment, Nisindara Bogra, Rajshahi Division" as per the conditions of the clearance certificate, it is hereby informed that the test fee for the laboratory shall be paid by "Divisional Office, Department of Environment, Nisindara Bogra, Rajshahi Division" There is an instruction to submit the test fee to the code number: 1450302124576-11000000-11001000-1422329. In addition, there is an instruction to submit the VAT invoice on the said test fee to "Bogra Circle-1, Bogra Division, Customs, Excise and VAT Commissionerate, Rajshahi" whose code number: 1110206102316-11000000-11001000-1141101.

If the money is deposited in a code other than the mentioned code, the application will be considered canceled.

In this situation, the concerned entrepreneurs under this office are requested to submit the test fee invoice in the mentioned code.
